Welcome to Calico.com.au , the web site (the "Site") of Calico Global Pty Ltd ("Calico", "we"," us" and/or "our"). The Site is operated by Calico Global Pty Ltd and been created to provide information, personalised healthy lifestyle goals and measurable outcomes for our users. Calico enables our users to collect, transport, analyse and view physiological data. (the "Calico Services"). The online service is free to use for manual data entry, but if you want the simplicity of wireless devices and other technology we offer this for sale online. These Terms and Conditions set forth Calico's policy with respect to the use and purchase of any services or devices from our Site.

Your access to and use of the Site is subject to the Code of Conduct as described below.

CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS OR PRIVACY POLICY

The Site and our business may change from time to time. As a result, at times it may be necessary for Calico to make changes to this Terms and Conditions. Calico reserves the right to update or modify our Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy at any time and from time to time without prior notice. Please review this policy periodically, and especially before you provide any Personal Data. Your continued use of the Site after any changes or revisions to this shall indicate your agreement with the terms of such revised Terms and Conditions.

14-DAY REFUND POLICY

You may return unwanted or undamaged products within 14 days for a full refund. If the problem is a result of Calico.com.au error we will refund shipping costs. All returned products must include the original Invoice.

All refunds will be made by cheque or credited directly to the card number supplied. Your refund will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned product.

PRICES

All prices stated on Calico.com.au are Australian dollars.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

For extra security all credit card details are submitted through the EWay payment gateway. All products bought through our shopping cart are processed and secured by EWay who hold a website identity assurance warranty and you are insured when relying on the information provided by IdAuthority on this site.

DELIVERY

Products - We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched. If the product is in stock it will be dispatched within two working days. As our wireless technology is from the USA, we may need to restock but we will always aim to have delivery within 28 days. You will be kept informed if there is an expected delay of more than 7 days.

Premium Membership – The ‘Wireless’ devices require extra computing services that necessitate a service fee. The fee reduces depending on the length of the contractual obligation. The minimum period is 1 month, extending up to 1 year for our lowest monthly fee. For ease of use the service fee is automatically renewed, but notice can be given at any time to stop the contract at the end of the contractual period. This premium membership to Calico.com.au is effective immediately from subscription.

INVOICES

Please ensure you print your invoice provided at the end of your transaction.

YOUR DATA TO BE USED AS AGGREGATED INFORMATION

By accessing and using Calico.com.au you agree that Calico.com.au can use your data for ‘grouped information’. This does not identify you as an individual, but aggregate data allows you to compare your progress to other Calico.com.au users, and it lets us know more about community health. The aggregate data is important to our service, and will help us learn more about population health. If you do not want your data used in the aggregate form, DO NOT USE this site.
